The importance of patient satisfaction surveys for our humanity

We live in an information world. Everything we want to find out, we can simply find it on the Internet. When you want to buy a furniture or maybe even a car, where do you take a research for the information about it? On the web, right? You want to hear what the other people think about that, is it the right purchase, what are the ratings and experiences? No one wants to spend their hard earned money in a wrong way, and that is smart. Also, no one likes to be fooled. I think if people should try to do a research before anything they want to purchase or have an experience with (schools, spa centers, gyms for example), they would choose smarter. Do you want to be sure and safe that you are in the right hands? Do you worry about your health or have you lost your trust in the medicine because of some bad experiences? Healthgrades Policy Change

As of October 1, 2017, Healthgrades will no longer permit health care entities to assign 3rd Party Administrators as a provision of their Data Licensing Agreements with Healthgrades, nor allow said 3rd Parties to manage provider profiles on Healthgrades.com.

This means that going forward, doctors and their practices (healthcare entities) will have to manage their profiles and respond to reviews directly with Healthgrades. We (3rd Party Administrator) will no longer be allowed to provide this service to you our clients.


The only exception to this new policy is if you become a Healthgrades Premium client. Should you choose to become a Healthgrades Premium client, PatientTRak could continue as your 3rd party administrator.

Please note that this change is a result in a change in Healthgrades policy not ours. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on Healthgrades Premium.
