New patients can read more about your practice

Those medical practices that dohn’t make use of the healthcare reputation management software, don’t have a possibility to grow. This is because when new patients are searching online for a medical practice to go to, your practice will not show anywhere. Meaning that they are going to use another doctor.

Whit reviews, new patients will be able to read about your practice, and what other patients were thinking about the practice. Making sure that they are considering going to your practice.

It allows you to communicate with your patients outside the practice

There isn’t time to talk to your patients about their experience at the practice when they are coming to see you. This is because they are not feeling well, and aren’t in the mood for chatting. And, you might have a full waiting room that is waiting to see you.

With the doctor online reputation management, you can communicate with them, when it suits you and the patients will know that you are taking their needs seriously. This is also a platform where you and your patients can talk about their experience at the practice and how friendly the rest of the personnel might be. Without this management, you will not know what about the practice is bothering your patients, and you can’t change something that you don’t know existed.

There are many benefits that you and your patients will experience, when you are making use of the medical online reputation management software. This is giving you an insight about what the patients are experiencing when they are coming to the practice, and you will know if there are any concerns that you need to address. Without this software, there isn’t a way that you can let your patients know that you care about their needs, and that you are trying to make it more likeable to come to the practice.

WebMD is Here!

PatientTrak now supports WebMD for reviews and profile management.  We recently completed a study of normal patient search patterns to determine the most highly ranked healthcare review sites.

One of main conclusions from the study is that WebMD has emerged as one of the most important sites in the online reputation market. In 66% of searches, WebMD appears in the top five results, and has prominence in overall Google first page real estate.

In response to this new information, we have added WebMD to our software platform at no additional cost to our customers.

Healthgrades Policy Change

As of October 1, 2017, Healthgrades will no longer permit health care entities to assign 3rd Party Administrators as a provision of their Data Licensing Agreements with Healthgrades, nor allow said 3rd Parties to manage provider profiles on Healthgrades.com.

This means that going forward, doctors and their practices (healthcare entities) will have to manage their profiles and respond to reviews directly with Healthgrades. We (3rd Party Administrator) will no longer be allowed to provide this service to you our clients.

The only exception to this new policy is if you become a Healthgrades Premium client. Should you choose to become a Healthgrades Premium client, PatientTRak could continue as your 3rd party administrator.

Please note that this change is a result in a change in Healthgrades policy not ours. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on Healthgrades Premium.

We recommend that you claim and manage your Healthgrades profiles as this will allow you to maintain …
